Pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation no. 2016/679, Mag Data S.p.a., in its capacity as the Owner and Data Controller, hereby informs you that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes.

The data are processed by personnel authorized by the Company or external parties, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, pertinence and not excess with respect to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.
Instructions, tasks and duties for such third parties should be formalised with the designation of the same as "data processors". Such parties shall be subject to periodic checks to determine that the levels of guarantee are maintained.
