Our Gender Equality Policy stems precisely from this commitment: Management is committed to implementing, maintaining, and improving a Gender Equality Management System that complies with the requirements of UNI/PdR 125:2022, supporting it with adequate resources and tools.
Our commitment translates into concrete actions. We adopt and promote inclusive, gender-sensitive communication to overcome stereotypes and celebrate diversity.
We are committed to ensuring that our selection, hiring, training, and professional development processes are neutral and impartial, based on merit and skills.
