We are pleased to announce that Mag Data Spa has obtained ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) certification, one of the leading international standards for sustainability and traceability of raw materials throughout the production chain.
This result follows the successful audit carried out in December 2025 and represents an important step in the company's responsible growth path.
ISCC PLUS is a globally recognised voluntary certification scheme, created to ensure that materials, semi-finished products and finished products come from sustainable and properly traced supply chains.
This standard is applicable to various sectors – including food, chemicals and plastics – and allows companies to transparently demonstrate their commitment to a more responsible use of resources.
In practice, every link in the supply chain must be certified and accompany the materials with a Sustainability Declaration, which certifies the origin and type of raw materials used.
This allows us to offer our customers products and services that are increasingly focused on sustainability, while maintaining high standards of quality and control throughout the supply chain.
Sustainable materials and circular supply chains
ISCC PLUS certification covers several categories of raw materials:
BIO: derived from virgin biomass (such as corn, sugar cane, rapeseed, etc.).
BIO-CIRCULAR: from waste and residues of biological origin (e.g. used cooking oil or food waste).
CIRCULAR: obtained from the mechanical or chemical recycling of non-biological materials of fossil origin.
The adoption of the ISCC PLUS standard allows Mag Data to work successfully with an increasing number of environmentally conscious customers, offering traceable solutions that comply with international regulations.
